Q What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% no questions money back guarantee on any health product returned to us unopened, in a saleable condition and with the original packaging material, provided it is dispatched by the original purchaser within 21 days of original receipt.
We will not refund on any health product that has been opened or used or if you simply change your mind after using the product.
We will replace any product damaged in transit provide we are advised via email within 24 hours of signed receipt.
Should any package appear to be damaged, please do not take delivery.
Courier, shipping or handling and insurance charges will not be refunded.
If you cancel your order prior to dispatch there will be a US$ 5.00 cancellation fee to cover the costs of the credit card fees our bank has charged us for your transaction.
If you cancel your order after dispatch there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
If you cancel the order after dispatch and refuse to accept delivery of the shipment from our couriers, the onus is on you to inform the couriers to return the ship at YOUR expense. Any shipments returned to us after delivery is refused will not have their refund processed until after the return delivery charges are billed to our account. These return charges will not be refunded
